I've finished the game.I would love to give a positive recomendation for this game. I think that the puzzles are very well made, and the game has a lot to offer for those who like puzzles. It even has a lore (not so well made, but is something). But well, many of the puzzles uses color as the key to the solution. The problem is that the game didn't think about color blind people in these cases. I am color blind, and I think that the developers could have made something to help color blind solve color based puzzles. The fact is that I got stuck for hours trying to solve a simple puzzle, and had to search for a walktrough (on some puzzles you may not even see that you're dealing with a color based puzzle till you search for a walktrough).7/10. I have played this game for 15 hours and I am still undecided to recomend this game. Actually I finished the game with mostly watching youtube walkthrough videos. İt is realy hard to figure out which puzzle can solve which way. I am considering this game for 12 years old game.So advantages:+Nice music+Cool atmosphere and visual effects+İnteresting imaginary conceptDisadvantages:- Very hard puzzles without any clues- Long distance always click the mouse in order to go.- Short storyline. It was OK; could have been better. The sound/music wasn't the best chosen at times, but ok, so what. The visuals were 'usually' ok but, at times, were totally confusing. The puzzles, for the most part, made logical sense and were fun to solve. Others, however, let's just say, not so much. No reason to go into each mess that was created by the programmers but let's just say that you will probably be going to a walk-through from time to time. With that said, it was still entertaining. It won't be remembered or talked about much but it entertained me for 16 hours and it was only 5 bucks. It's well worth the ride if you have nothing better on your plate.. What in the world was this game? The prequel to another game? I had no clue what the actual story behind the action was at any point while I played, doing tedius chores designed apparently to be done just because someone told me to do them and everything must be as complicated as possible (again, unfathomably). I think it was supposed to be like Myst--it reminded me of that game--only this one left off an actual story or plot...or frankly purpose.. This game is a great and immersive trip and a whole lot like the Myst series is except you get to interact with other characters. It is a Heck of a lot of fun and is recommended for the Immersion 'feel' of the game. It is awsomely beautiful and interesting, keeping you entertained and mystified as to what happens next!Sounds Great on headphones. This is a Wonderful game and looks great with a good system to play it on, and a big screen!. This is a passible point and click puzzle game. It isn't overly challenging, and the story is...well, it isn't bad, really. The last stage was probably the only one that really seemed worthwhile. The first area was okay, if somewhat opaque and containing a fair bit of pixel hunting. The other two were strictly "meh." This isn't as good as Myst by a fairly long shot. The characterization is barely there, and the dialog was pretty wooden. Further, there really isn't anything that is amusing enough to replay; the 7th Guest and Myst series both had puzzles and environments that were out and out fun to explore; Aura is a one and done, in my opinion. Buy it on a sale or as part of a bundle, maybe, but skip it otherwise.. The backstory exposition at the start did nothing to invest me or really give the game any meaning, and it all ends on a cliffhanger anyway so whatever story there is is basically for nothing. Meanwhile I fought on through the puzzles OR more importantly fought with the controls trying to move between the puzzles, because apparently the obvious way to move between two points isn't a straight line but by changing direction multiple times whilst moving through numerous other points in between (I felt that this got even worse towards the end of the game?). I also ran foul of a couple of bugs: One where the game crashed when I tried to delete a save file via the menu, and another where I accidentally managed to get an item before I'd solved the pre-requisite puzzles. The latter left me solving puzzles not knowing that the whole reason for solving them was already in my inventory! When I reached the end of the puzzles and got nothing for it I just kept looking for something I'd missed, and needed a walkthrough to tell me that I'd actually done what I needed to do and could just move on to the next part of the game. -_-Really I lost interest in the game partway through, and it's only for the sake of completionism that I got to the end. NOT a recommendation.. It was a love/hate relationship all the way through. The puzzles were mind-bending but love won out in the end.. Omg, this is better than Myst! Never thought I'd say THAT! No problems so far with gameplay. No glitches or anything. I'm not finished yet, just got to the third world. (There's four.). Played ten minutes and already lost interest.
